Deck & Stairs

I'm looking for a quote for a 30m2 deck built on a slanted site. See photos for elevations. Additionally, included in the quote is a set of stairs on the higher sid eof the deck (western elevation). I havent decided on materials so if you have recommendations or different options please include these along with changes in cost. House is being built at the moment so timeframe is likely 6-12+ months from now. Thanks :)
