replace framed in bath with drop in acrylic or enamel bath and other little jobs

bath is old and now damaged so needs replacing with a similar sized but lighter bath. the existing bath has glass screen at one end that will need removing to do the replacement. The screen is resting on existing bath and is glued at one end to the wall. fix a few window latches, and door strike plate.
