Looking for builder to construct a 36.1 sq.m deck with 140x19 kwila plank. Supply timber or I can source. Ground level job, to create flow from house living area out onto lawn. External deck to be level with house flooring. May be some other jobs such as laundry upgrade and install skylight if looking for extra work.
