There is an existing hatch opening in the garage thats 600 x 600. That will need to be made large to a 600 x 1300 opening and then instal the Selwood Attic Ladder kitset. We would like the job done in the next week to 10 days.

Very happy with the workmanship. Arrived right on time. Workmanship was excellent and the job site was left spotless, even removing packaging from product that we supplied. Would not hesitate to use Rise Up Construction again.
