Raised vegetable gardens and compost bins

I need a revamp of my vegetable garden area. Redesign and building of raised gardens and wooden compost bins. Possibly surrounded by pea grit path etc. Access is limited in this section of my property. All bulk materials would need to be carted/barrowed through the garage and down to the bottom of the section. I would also require existing rotting railway sleepers/concrete compost bins to be taken away. There is also a section of trellis work which may need replacing. Thank you
