Replace dining room balustrade
Job description
Replace the existing balustrade with a solid frame balustrade wall lined with plywood (grooved to look like tongue and groove). Include a wide capping beam along the top and skirting (90mm bullnose) along bottom. Approximate length 5m total (including short 90 degree return length) and short section along stairs. Wall height to meet building code. Builder to specify, Painting excluded.

Tom from HD Construction exceeded all our expectations in terms of quality, timeliness and cost. The final cost was exactly as quoted and Tom ensured quality was not compromised.
