Please fix my surfeit
Job description
Some years ago I found the the gutter had leaked into the surfeit area on a corner of my home. I removed the blockage from the gutter and hoped the surfeit would be OK. This week I have noticed that where the surfeit was wet it has now formed a small hole. I am concerned that rats or birds can now access the interior of my home. I need the surfeit inspected and advice on whether to replace the whole sheet of surfeit material, patch it or bog it, also to make sure the area is water tight. Plus I need someone to do the job

Colin worked hard on this job despite finding more challenges than originally expected. It was all done in 30oC+, so not much fun. I think Colin made a good job of the soffit and left it looking good. He was efficient and easy to deal with.
