instal pergola ex Trade Tested

I need a builder to check which lourved roof pergola suits our area best. Increase the concrete pad and instal Trade Tested says should be able to be put up in a day or two. Hoping to spend $10K or slightly more including materials. 6 x 4 or 6 x 3 - depending on builders recommendation Not sure if wall mounted or free standing is the best option.
