Mahana decking job

To extend the current deck in order to install a spa pool. We have ordered the spa pool which is due to arrive 4-5 weeks from now, so looking to see if we can get this job done before then. From attached photos you can see deck handrail will need to be removed and looking to step down extension for spa pool. maybe we have to remove the old decking and replace with all new - not sure. We also would like a screen to go up on the southern side to provide privacy. I'm not really sure what this will cost to be honest so only guessing below at the value of the work.
