Paton's Rock Bach Deck

Replacing rusted deck bolts supporting deck on small 2 storey bach. Deck is on 2 sides of the bach. Probably only around 20 or so through-bolts, but some difficult to access, and may need an alternative system instead, eg replace with masonry anchors? Old bolts were galvanised, need new ones to be stainless.
