We need a manhole cut into the base of a wardrobe to give access under this section of the house to install insulation. The manhole that gives access to this section has a beam running across it which is not enough space to squeeze a person into for insulation. The idea would be that from where the existing manhole is located you would need to be able to measure precisely where the base of the wardrobe would be, make sure there isn't any supporting beams in the way, and make sure no wiring runs under the wardrobe that may get cut. Would be happy to answer any questions, or show you the job that needs to be done, as its quite hard to describe in writing. The job needs to be completed by Friday 14th May.
