Deck for tiny home

Hoping to have a deck built in the next couple of months and looking for quotes. We have a tiny home on wheels in Featherston. We'd like an L-shaped deck of up to 26 m2. The deck cannot be attached to the tiny house at all (it needs to be able to be towed away easily), and it might be good if the deck can be built without piles so it can be moved at a later date - not sure if this is possible. This is a temporary home for us while we build a bigger house, so we are looking for budget options when it comes to materials (but still durable). The ground below the deck is not level and has some sloping. On average the deck will need to be about 700mm above the ground. We'd like a couple of steps. No railing. Thanks!
