Please provide a materials, labour and associated costs quote/estimate for de-constructing, removal of waste and construction of a covered patio at 9 Baberton St, Tokoroa with these following general requirements: 1. Remove existing front porch and decking 2. Build a wide patio/covered deck to replace the front porch of these dimensions a. 7 metres (m) and 2m wide excluding the 2 sets of steps b. The right side edge of the deck is to align as close as practicable to the right side edge of the front door frame c. d. From the left side of the house (viewing from the road) to the right side of the previous porch e. Use H4 tanalised piles secured appropriately in the ground at spacing to support effectively the deck f. Decking, posts and roof framing are to be dressed H3 tanalised timber of appropriated dimensions g. At the top, the framework is to be attached to the weatherboards of the house under the eaves not the barge board h. Use H3 tanalised standard sized decking boards with the ‘ribbed’ side facing upwards on the top layer i. Use H3 tanalised standard sized decking boards with the smooth edge facing out (‘ribbed’ side inward facing) for the base boards on the left, right and front of the patio j. Organise with Foleys Plumbing to relocate the heat pump unit to be sited on top of the deck k. Provide an access door to under the deck on the right-side end l. Build steps in front of the front door at least 1.5m wide with the right side edge aligned as close as practicable to the right side edge of the front door frame m. Build 2m wide steps on the left end of the deck facing towards the driveway n. Use good quality ‘smoke for dark tinted corrugated ‘laserlite’ or similar for the patio covering o. Attach the same ‘laserlite’ vertically to the right side of the patio from the top to the deck and to completely close in the right side end with sufficient framing to secure the ‘laserlite’ p. Add a single hand rail of dressed timber, along the front of the patio from the left side to the start of the steps along the front, approx. 1m up from the deck base q. Attach guttering and downpipe to collect rainwater from the roof of the patio and duct to the existing drainage system r. Painting of the timber is not required 3. Leave the work site in a tidy and clean condition with all surplus material and waste removed 4. Let me know if more information or clarification is needed.
