We are selling our house and the building report has shown a small damp area in one corner of our shower unit. The inspector said he thinks it is a case of the shower needing sealing added to the door which appears to be slightly out of alignment, and an investigation into an area in the wall to see how far the damp goes, and repair of the same. We need the work done asap in order to proceed with our house sale. There is also a small area of the shower wal that requires sealing on the outside.
