Outdoor Steps x 2
Job description
We have just had a new house built in ChCh and transported out to Glentunnel, near Darfield. In order for us to get council code of compliance, we have to have permanent steps built, so we are requiring 2 lots to be completed. The 1st is from the front door. We would like a landing which will be about a meter square then basic steps leading down from that, approximately 3, maybe 4 steps. There also needs to be a hand rail on one side attached. We would like this finished in kwilla. The 2nd lot of steps is going from our lounge slider area. These will be just basic steps again probably 4 steps and will also require a handrail on 1 side. Again finished in kwilla. These steps are a bit bigger about 2m wide as the slider doors open quite far. As we live in ChCh, and this is a holiday home I am only able to meet onsite for a quote on Fridays. Attached is a photo of the back steps that I did, however I would like these done properly and within a reasonably quick time frame.
