New ~52m^2 deck
Job description
As part of a new house build we need a purple heart deck of approximately 52m^2 completed. This work is partially started (bearers are there as they are part of the house, and two end joists have been attached to the house) The deck is an integral part of the house and is required for Xmas this year. It is a low deck (under a metre off the ground) and is a 'simple' shape (no angles). * The deck area is approximately 52m^2 * The work must be completed by Friday 14th December 2018 * The bearers are installed * Two joists have been put onto the house * A sub-floor plan and floor plan is included below * The purple heart timber is on site and available now (90mm wide) * The joists are onsite and available now * The deck is sited on an engineered loess platform which must not be damaged * The fixings should be quoted * There are no piles in the ground for the stairs shown, building the stars is optional (or could be done later).
