Repair dining table and tv cabinet

Dining table and TV cabinet just arrived from shipment from south africa. Dining table on side of the table where the foot goes is chipped, unable to assemble the foot. May need new side to be glued in. TV cabinet, shelves/plank missing. Needs new plank/shelves × 3 size (poor estimate 50×25cm)
