Wall Mounted Pergola over existing wooden deck and wheelchair ramp

Covered wall mounted pergola (or carport-type thing) to cover existing wooden deck and aluminium wheelchair ramp. Mono-pitch. Doesn't need to be fancy, wooden preferred in keeping with the age of the house however I'm ok with Aluminium or other cost-effective product- cost is important. Needs to be strong as the winds can blow wild here sometimes. Cover needs to let light in but keep rain off/out. Would like carport to cover width of house if possible - depends on cost. Needs to ensure the wheelchair user is covered from the elements moving from house to van. Looking for a job to be done during July or August if needs be. Measurements (approx): Wooden deck - 3865mm Length, 2460mm Width Deck and Ramp - from House - 3550mm House - 8200mm Width Top of Ramp to Driveway - 7140mm Length Ramp is temporary and is sat on flat aluminium (I think) squares directly on the grass. Will probably need to set carport/pergola uprights into concrete? Maybe? Please see attached photos for your consideration. Thank you.
