Verandah deck and roof replacement

We are looking at replacing the metal which is approximately 8 m wide by 1.8 m long. If the timber under the metal is sound and reusable then removing and re-fixing to put an angle on the roof to help with drainage. If it is not sound then this will need to be replaced. All of the beams under the decking and above metal need to be replaced in my opinion as does the timber surrounding the front of the deck. All of the railings need to be replaced and raised as they are currently way to low. Also the decking timber to be replaced. The roof needs to be watertight.
