Christie Lakehaus surfeit repair
Job description
A small corner section of surfeit under board has rotted out due to water ingress from a broken down pipe. The section needs to be removed and replaced - painted - and the spouting down pipe fixed so it doesn't happen again. Not a particularly big job but there are other things to do in time. The job is relatively urgent but timing is open for discussion as I know people can be busy. I'm not sure what the surfeit is made from - it looks like a hardboard sheet - this could be determined at the time of a site visit. Sorry I don't have a photo.
