Basement framing and lining

Needing to frame and line part of our basement which is currently still cinder blocks. The area is approximately 7m x 3.4m. We are also wanting to frame a bedroom into this area too, but only to door height, allowing space to add glass at a later time (natural light allowance to remaining basement). We are having flood repairs done this week so the carpet has already been removed. Ideally we would like to have this work completed relatively soon so that we can continue with carpet laying in a timely manner also.
