Help with retaining wall and decking

We are putting in a pool. It's half in but we need to get a retaining wall built and a large deck done before it can go any further. We are happy to do much of the lackey work on this ourselves but would like a qualified builder to come and be the expert and give us a hand. ASAP. We are organizing timber and materials ourselves.
