Pergola - dismantle old one, install new aluminium one

Dismantle timber pergola currently fixed to house (we’ll keep the timber). Assemble and erect new longer aluminium pergola - fix to side of house, Shorten the aluminium posts and screw to exisiting concrete foots, and pour footing for 3rd pole. Potentially replace strip of siding where old pergola was attached. Most rocks around base of poles and concreted in so will need to be smashed out of the way to remove/install pergola. Need job done by mid-December please. Cheers
