New Home Carpentry - Labour Only

We are wanting to engage a high quality carpentry crew to complete the carpentry work on a labour only basis on one of our new projects in Wanaka. The project consists of a 190 square metre home as well as a detached 55 square metre residential studio. The carpentry work will begin with erecting frames and will continue through to the final fit off. The accepted contractor will have a proven history of high quality workmanship, professionalism and good communication. We have ongoing projects throughout the region that would be offered to quote if the contractor proves to meet our standards on the first project. Framing is expected to be delivered at the start of March.
