need cabinet built

I need a cabinet built, for putting monitor / printer on, and storing stuff inside. It needs to be 60cm wide, 77cm tall, and 1m deep, with a hinged door / place to put a lock on it, and one shelf about 2/3 of the way up on the inside (completely enclosed, so I can put stuff in there I don't want my kids to be able to get at).
