Install built-in cupboards & flexi cupboards

We want to install a built in cupboard in our main bedroom and need assistance with installing a flexi cupboard in my daughter's room. - We have bought the hardware for the flexi system, but do not feel confident to put up the main frame and would need help with this small job first. - We want to install a built in cupboard about 2m long, 2.2m high, 0.5m deep in our main bedroom and also add a built in book shelf for the remainder of the wall (about 1m long. 2.2m high, 0.25m deep) I am usually available on Fridays between --- and over weekends to be at home for a consult.
