Cottage repairs

Four separate, smallish tasks. 1) Replace rotten section of sash window frame One of the bedroom windows has a rotten piece that needs replacing. Mid north wall of house. Approx 2.5 m above exterior ground level. 2) Re-hang/true-up front door Front door is gappy and doesn’t line up well when closed. Re-hanging and realigning required. Possibly some repairs/mods to frame. 3) Fit new corner cover timber Section of corner board is missing (approx. 1 m in length.) Supply and fit new section (and any trim etc.) Front south corner of house. 4) Plane/trim garden gate so it closes easily Garden gate binds on frame and makes it hard to close. Trim/plane/sand back to fit better (and/or other solution e.g. adjust hinges etc.). Rear south corner of house.
