We would like a new deck build in back of property to open up lounge room. We are just wanting a rectangular deck with privacy screen on one side and steps (approx 4-5) wrapping around the other two sides. Deck area approx 12.6 m2 and height against house approx 1.2 m. Slight upwards slope towards back of property.
