New entry porch/deck
Job description
Carpenter/builder to build entry porch and connect and install prebuilt stairs to front entry. Material - pine. approx size of porch area is 1200 x 2000. Stairs have been built by StyleCraft and need to installed asap. Also, there will be additional decking work offered later in summer.

Lliam was great to deal with from start to finish. An effective communicator and profession attitude, Lliam agreed a plan and stuck to it. His work ethic was excellent and the end result was a fantastic new entrance porch and stairs.
