I need a rotten windowsill replaced and also some weatherboards replaced or repaired at a corner. Windowsill more important, work can be done as two jobs if necessary. Building is an old 1940s? w/bd and tile house now used as a dental surgery. No doubt some same old sized weatherboards will need to be sourced from demolition yard? Also the repainting of the repaired area although that can be done separately if necessary.

Leon was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He carried out tricky job of replacing some corner weatherboards and a windowsill very neatly. Great finish and workmanship.
