Decking restoration - Need new concrete poles and rejoins deck floor boards

The original deck was created without having support poles concrete to the ground, it is only standing on the soil, therefore not enough support (See pictures) The deck floor has now a bit detached from the current pole as well because of this. Requires someone to provide support on the deck using concrete poles and reuse the deck floor is possible and also re-attach the deck floor to the new concrete poles Making sure the deck is safe enough to be use again. Please provide rough quotes
