Building a low floating deck

Require a deck to be built that is roughly 5m x 2m that is low and does not need to be set on the ground outside a sliding door. currently outside this area are 6x concrete pavers (layout 3x2) that are approx 350mm x 350mm and the rest is grass. grass area seems to have a little slant and not level with pavers.
