Decking with Pergola Attached to House

We want to build a deck on top of our existing concrete area and go within a metre and a half from the boundary line. We also want a pergola attached to the house so we can put outdoor furniture without the risk of getting wet along with some privacy screen to near the boundary line. The total square meters would be around 50.
