Soft area on deck and windowsills

I am looking for someone to view/repair an area of decking that is soft. The total deck area is around 2.5 x 4m and one section is getting soft. There may be one or two structural beams that require attention. Also, I want someone to take a look at some external window sills and assess whether they need replacing. Viewing necessary, and quote preferable. Thanks, Joe
