One of the poles supporting our carport has disconnected from the base and I is no longer fully supporting this. The base of the poles has rotted away due to surface flooding. The pole and carport also supports the rear gate. Your call on replacing the pole completely or part replacement. Happy for part pay prior or on completion. Can complete bank transfer immediately too avoid delays. Happy to discuss, flexible on timing. Tenants currently in property. Cheers Sam
