Deck quote/estimate

Looking to build a big deck in the back. Not 100% sure on costs so we're looking at two options. Both options are for a flat deck (probably pine since that's the cheapest). It's low enough not to need consents 1 - approx 55m2 deck from house to back building. Couple of trees to think about going around. 2 - approx 30m2 deck from house to middle of yard. Both decks as much as possible are just straight against the house, no curves or railings. Maybe a step in a good spot. See aerial photo for a very rough outline of the two options. Be nice to get it done by Christmas.
