The toilet has had a slow leak overtime and started sinking on one end. Some of the vynil has been lifted and it has been confirmed the sub-floor has gotten wet. The sub-floor needs replacing. The toilet will need to be removed, vynil lifted, sub-floor replaced, new vinyl floor or similar put in and toilet put back in.
