Bathroom repairs and outside garage door fix

Some skirting needs replacing and a hole in the wall of the bathroom repaired (the leak that caused it has long been fixed) and part of the wall repainted once this is done. There is also a window latch that needs replacing in this room. Outside an old garage door has come unhinged and is getting a bit dangerous with kids around, this also needs a robust fix.
