Wanting a new deck built in end of February 2020. Current area is a (sinking) concrete pad with two sets of stairs into house (see picture). Approx deck size is 6.5x4.5m. About 800m high, to include stairs going down to the ground. And raised seating along one corner edge. As well as three/four posts at each corner so shade sail can be installed.
