Replace deck and stairs

Replacement for front door decking & side stairs. Front door deck is 1.6m x 6.1m, ideally looking for Kwila wood decking. Additionally, we would like to address the clearance issue as reported in attached photo. Also renew our stairs as it is falling due to weather, happy to discuss over the choice of wood material for replacement.
