Floor replacement
Job description
Insurance job from rain in Jan/Feb. Chip board floor needs to be replaced. Small area but as you can see from the photo it's under a non-structural wall. Formally a gas fire sat here. Bottom part of the wall needs to be removed to access the floor. Floor replaced and wall reinstated. Has been inspected by a builder and insurance has approved replacement.

Generally good work. Wall was rebuilt exactly as we had asked. Plaster was sick and took longer than expected, but was great at communicating with us about it. TV recess is great and looks good. Very happy with result. Thanks Matt.
