Verbena deck replacement #2

Our deck is aging and needs to be replaced. It is a raised deck, around 30 square metres, level with the main floor of the house. Joists will need replacing as well as decking. Half the deck is on top of a concrete slab, which needs to be waterproofed before the decking timber is replaced. A balustrade is required around the whole deck area.
