Fix sagging floorboards close to wall
Job description
I have about 2 meters wide area against a wall where the floor boards below the carpet gives way (sag slightly) when you step on the area. That area is overhanging (meaning you can access the floor from below directly outside the wall - see photos. I needs to have the floor boards below the carpet fixed. I suspect its just re-fixing them to the wall beam / Likely no need to replace lengths of floor boards. Not urgent. Its been giving way for years and I am keen to get it fixed before it deteriorates, The photos show the inside floor and then the overhanging floor outside view (its behind the inverter) and a close up of the gib board below the sagging floor that I think will be the best entrance to inspect and re-fix or support the floor boards.)
