Deck Resurfacing
Job description
We require a quote to resuface our deck, using the existing substruction and footprint. Deck is approximately 33m2, in primarily an L-shape, with an additional walk way (making it a U-shape including this) Happy to look at both softwood options and Kwila, providing this is clear in the quote. Scope of works to include: Stripping off of old decking boards and removal from site Stripping off of wooden trellis "railing" (Refer pictures) Supply & Fitting of Joist Hangers Supply & Fitting of new decking boards Supply & Fitting of vertical battons on balustrade. The intention being to keep the existing balustrade frame and sit-rail in place. Ideally works to be completed by Mid-November, but open to options. Although on a slope, deck is fully reachable from ground level at approx 1.5m.
