Investigate deck for water damage and assess extent of repair to make safe
Job description
The deck has a lining underneath concealing the structure. This would need to be removed to determine extent of repairs needed to make the deck safe and ensure no damage being done at the interface with the building. We would like to have some-one look as soon as possible. There are 2 decks one on the Northside and one at the front of the property.

This job was to review the deck and advise remedial action. It was done quickly and efficiently completely to our satisfaction. It has resulted in the rebuild being carried out by John but for another client. We considered ourselves lucky to have found him.
