Ceramic paneling repairs on house under eaves

We have some exterior damage to a property where the panelling under the eaves has been broken and cracked around a vent (see provided photo). Ideally, we'd like the panel to be replaced, but will also accept bracing and repairs if this proves too difficult/expensive. Property is currently vacant so we'd like to get this fixed ASAP.
