House and Decking - Clean & Stain
Job description
It's a single story unit with cedar ship lap weatherboard cladding, and in the last 4-5 hasn't had any care so would be great to have a good clean and see if it needs treating. There are two areas of fairly small timber decking - to the front and rear of the house. Both have not been cleaned up for a couple of years and are looking worn... My concern is that the previous stain used was quite dark and that it needs the same/darker to cover it well, which I don't have. There are also two heat pump units on the deck to work around. I don't want to do it myself and make a mess of it. Pics attached. Front - 6.5m*2.5m Back - 4.5m*1.25m Would also be keen to get some thoughts on a couple of places where the boards are not sitting well, and a gate isn't level - could they be fixed easily.
