Replace 3 rotting barge boards

Our house is 35 years old. The last few inches of 3 timber barge boards are rotting and need to be replaced. See photos. Timber is about 210x20mm with a groove for soffit. I'm guessing 600mm length for each. 1.8m total, preferably pre-primed. The worst one is the most urgent, as there is scaffolding currently in place, if you could get to it pronto (Monday 29 Nov), before the scaffolding goes. The two on the gable end are easily accessible, even when the scaffolding is removed.
