Repair section of soffit lining under overhang
Job description
We recently received a Certificate of Acceptance (COA) from Auckland Council for a lounge extension that was completed (without consent) before we bought our property. For the council inspection a section of soffit lining was removed under the overhang to visualise the internal load bearing. We have now sold the property & the new owners have withheld some funds until we replace this section (see photos). We would like this done ASAP.

Zeno did a great job, it was difficult to source the exact material we needed but he communicated this promptly and kept updating me regularly when he had information or an estimated date of arrival from his supplier. I was very happy with the finishing. He was also lovely & polite to deal with. I highly recommend.
