No time wasters please and MUST be an experienced deck person! Deck needs to be completely renovated and membrane to ensure its water tight Element Task Remove and replace water damaged sub floor to the deck ­ Deck CAR ­ Carpentry Remove lower exterior cladding for butynol install and reinstall Item once waterproofing is completed Deck FLF ­ Floor Finishing and Covering Remove and replace butynol waterproofing on upstairs deck Deck FLF ­ Floor Finishing and Covering Supply and lay tile's to deck Deck PAD ­ Painting and Decorating Decorate lower exterior cladding that has been repaired.
